TOP TIPS FOR A SUCCESSFUL ONLINE JAMBERRY PARTY

Thanks to the internet and platforms like Facebook having an online Jamberry party is an awesome alternative to the traditional direct sales home party.  You can earn amazing hostess rewards all without cleaning your house or getting out of your jammies!  As a consultant I want to create a fun shopping experience for both my hostess and her guests but I can't do it alone – I need a little help from my hostess to have a party that truly sparkles.  Facebook is a very busy place and while it's easy to say to a prospective hostess that she doesn't need to do a thing – that's not quite the truth.  It's still a party and just like hosting a party at home you need to do a little work to make sure your guests know when and where to be, that they feel included once they are there (not just sitting in the corner all by themselves) and that you really are glad they came along and they are having a good time!

Want to learn the exact party outline I follow? Since I've been using this format my parties have been more popular than ever!  My hostesses rave and contact ME to book in their next parties!! Check it out here and then read below for the other tips I use to ensure online party success!

Easy, right?! Well, it is actually, if you just take a few simple steps:

DON'T Invite Your Entire Friends List

Why? When you are hosting an online Jamberry party it's probably not going to be everyone's ‘thing' I doubt your brother's friends cousin Steve is really wanting to make his nails sparkle.  (Well he might but you get what I mean). Really think about who you are inviting just like if you were having a party at home would you want all 350 of your FB friends in your house?  Who do you know that likes to do their nails, is into fashion or just likes treating themselves to a little TLC?  Also remember this, if you are invited to an event and you see that 500 people are invited what do you think? Do you go ‘oh I feel special that they've invited me'! Or do you think ‘oh, well they've invited 500 people they won't notice if I don't show up'..?

Invite Your Guests Individually

Now that you've narrowed down who you want to invite – send a personal message or text to invite them and let them know you really do want them to join in and have a bit of fun. This is far more likely to get noticed than the bulk event invites that go out and get easily lost in the Facebook feeds and guarantees they will see the invites.  Your consultant should be able to provide you a graphic that you can use in your messages.

Wear Your Wraps and Show Them Off!

Post a photo of you wearing your Jamberry wraps – even if you haven't bought yet, your consultant should provide you with some samples to try (and share with your friends).  It can even just be one sample paired with your regular polish and you can share the results after a few days (I bet the polish is looking a bit worse for wear and your wrap will look great!).  Take your photos in natural light so it's nice and clear and post to your personal page as well as your event so others get excited for your party.  Also please make sure to share your samples with friends that live nearby – Jamberry is one of those things that you don't really fall in love with until you try them – if your guests get their samples on their hands before your  party they will be much more likely to buy on the day!  This is one of the major differences between an online Jamberry party and an in home party – once ladies get ‘Jams on hands' they fall in love so samples are really important for a successful party.

Send Reminders

Busy people can forget, it happens to all of us!  Even if it's just a quick “I can't wait to party with you tomorrow night, see you online.”

Show Your Enthusiasm

Both online and offline – your excitement will get your friends excited for the products and the party and will make them want to be part of it.

Be Involved!

Remember this is your party – the consultant is more of the ‘party planner' behind the scenes – they are there to make you look good on the night, but you are the real driver – these are your friends not your consultant's and they really want to interact with you more than they do with her (or him).  So get the conversation started, the more you interact, the better the chance of  keeping their attention – remember people easily get distracted online (squirrel!) so we want to give them a reason to stick around!

Games

Games are technically for your guests because you are getting the hostess goodies, but play along, get competitive with them, tag them in the games and get involved.  This is usually the most popular part of any online Jamberry party!

Outside Orders

Not everyone is able to be online when your party is on (just like not everyone can make it to your in home party on a specific date).  Outside orders are an excellent way to boost your party points and your hostess rewards.  Share the catalogue with friends who can't make it (or who aren't on Facebook – SHOCK HORROR!) aim to collect 3 outside orders before or after the online party – I mean if you're going to do a party you might as well get those top shelf rewards!

Share Your Rewards

Not literally, unless you're feeling generous….but once your party closes and your hostess rewards have arrived, take a photo of your awesome haul and share it on your party page.  When your guests see how well you made out and what you earned for having a 1 hour party in your jammies, they are going to want to get in on the action!  That means you will earn 1/2 price product vouchers when they hold their own online Jamberry party.  How cool is that the rewards just keep on coming even after the party is over!

Most of all HAVE FUN!
